I remember being 18 and thinking that anyone over 30 was a senior citizen. They probably thought you were all of 32.

Hey T! House hunt is excruciating. We think we're close to getting one though (but not the one I blogged about -- that fell through). Offer's been accepted, inspection was Monday. Now we are asking for a few repairs and hoping they'll agree to them. If they don't, well, we'll have to do some thinking.... Fingers crossed. Cheers!
